I hope you are enjoying your Sunday enjoying what you love to do the most. For me today, it’s going to be a day of drawing.
I love drawing with a micron pen, and have been dabbling with pen and ink drawing over the last several years. This year I really want to learn to draw with a dip pen. My stash of inks and dip pens is almost as large as my stash of various sizes of micron pens.
With the promise of fall being around the corner, and Halloween drawing near, it’s time for me to think about finishing my raven. I started this piece early this year and have slowly been working on it as I find time.

I haven’t been as diligent with my art as I should be and need to get back to it. I find that if I draw for 15 or 20 minutes a day, it keeps my pen strokes fluid and my hand memory in check.
The last two drawings that I created in my art journal are from July.
This afternoon I plan to spend time working on my Raven and maybe starting something new in my journal.
Whatever you do, I hope you have a relaxing and peaceful day!
Until next time, be creative!
