Happy Friday everyone!! I don’t know about all of you, but I am so grateful that today is Friday and that have two days to recoup from a somewhat stressful week. Work has been busy, which is good as it has made my days go by fast and has helped to eliminate some of the stress I have been feeling.
This morning I decided to start my day by baking a loaf of banana nut bread. I only had two bananas but I didn’t want to waste them, so I searched for a recipe that I thought would work and found a simple recipe, Best Banana Bread, on Food.com The only thing I did above and beyond the recipe was add walnuts.
My bread turned out perfect and taste great!
