I know to many of you that knitting a nice wool cardigan in the heat of summer is nuts, but I’m loving my new cast on, the 2914 Cardigan by Vanessa Ewing.  I have found that this project is moving along quite nicely and knitting up just as I hoped.   I found the short row shaping at the bottom interesting, which is giving the back a slight curve.

For this project I’m using Plymouth Yarn Company’s Mushisni Big in the color 103, a mix of brown, red and blue.
